If visitation is scheduled for Sunday afternoon, isn't any time prior to Sunday afternoon considered "PRIOR TO EACH VISIT"? Take a look at the email below

Follow up to the prior email from yesterday. The visitation tomorrow was rescheduled by attorney Lipton and Attorney de Petris, I only sent it out by request. The email was sent on short notice with me not aware of the travel cancellation until yesterday so then a pay invoice was sent out. However, payment from Ms. Wang was received but Mr. Ko has not made payment.


Connie: Hello. Your email is dated Saturday. Visitation is Sunday so why are you chasing. If you are so intent on payment, how about listening to the custodial parent and comply with your own rules.

AGAIN EVERYONE: DO NOT USE A MONITORING SERVICE THAT ONLY COMMUNICATES VIA ATTORNEYS. THIS ADDS TREMENDOUS COST TO THE VISITATION WHILE IT IS OF NO FINANCIAL CONSEQUENCE TO THE MONITOR.

Another Monitor is Assigned

My attorney asked Connie Thomas for her CV (Curriculum Vitae or resume) a month ago and she has not provided. Now she is assigning another monitor who's qualifications we know nothing about. Funny how Thomas keeps sending me emails but refuses to answer questions I ask her via email.

DO NOT use a visitation monitor that requires you to ask questions through your attorney. This increases the cost to you tremendously.

Hello Everyone:

This is to confirm visitation this Sunday, January 29 from 3 pm - 7:00 pm. There will be another visitation monitor Ms. Berniece Zuniga for the first 20 minutes, and after my visit is completed I will continue Wang/Ko visitation.

NOTE: This week is my birthday and I planned to be out of town and returning on Sunday early afternoon, my regular visit on Sunday was moved up to give time for my return, and that is the reason for not being available for the first 20 minutes.


Invoice has been just been sent for payment, please honor as requested.

Quality Time Connie Thomas Runs Up Legal Fees for Clients

Finally after both attorneys got involved and explained to Connie Thomas that we want the visitation on Sun Jan22 from 12.30 to 4.30 and NOT 12.30 to 5.30 did she send this email.

Thomas continues to make recommendations to future visitations; refuses to communicate with the custodial parent; and runs up legal fees for the custodial parent. You don't want a visitation monitor that takes things into her own hands and costs you more money.

If SVN does not have resources to police its members, then how can it say a member did nothing wrong?

It is interesting that communication between a hired visitation monitor and the custodial parent is "ONE WAY" only by Connie Thomas. She sends me this letter and ends it with "donot contact me." Is this a professional way to work with a custodial parent who is worried about the safety of his children?

What doesnt Connie Thomas get?

Here is another example of Connie Thomas of Quality Time Visitation violating the rules of the Supervised Visitation Network. General Policy rule 6.2.3 states "A provider must not make recommendations or state opinions about future visitation arrangements."

In Thomas's letter, she acknowledges the temporary arrangments agreed by the sole custodial parent and the visiting parent but then goes on to change them. Just incredible.

Supervsied Visitation Network Executive Director Joe Nullet shared that a monitor is NOT a party to the visitation order. Connie Thomas has NO legal standing in the family court case; only the 2 parents have legal standing yet Thomas continues to make changes to visitation arrangements.

What is she? The monitor from hell?
